Seriously? there is a comment on here that I believe holds true.

"...controlling the internet is like controlling nature, impossible."

This is ridiculous and also a shame for New Zealand.
Just when I thought that we might even have a decent internet
in about 5years they punch us in the face with this?

I have this feeling that this bill was put in place to raise money
that dose not exists so they can fund upgrading the internet
here in New Zealand...I wouldn't put it pass them to do something
like this...
